Fulfillment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Discount Moulding, we specialize in high-quality trim, moulding, and made-to-order interior doors. Please review the following policies regarding fulfillment, refunds, and cancellations:

Ordering & Fulfillment

We do not accept online orders. All purchases must be made in person, or by contacting us via phone, text, or email. Because our products—particularly interior doors—require specific customization and measurements, online checkout and tracking are not supported.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final by default. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of many of our products, items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

However, exceptions may be made at the discretion of store management. To be considered for a return or exchange:

  • You must receive manager approval
  • The item must be in original, sellable condition
  • A valid receipt must be presented
  • The request must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Cancellations

Because our doors are made to order, cancellations can only be made before production or preparation begins. Once an order has been started, it cannot be canceled.
