We offer local delivery for all stocked moulding and door products. Delivery availability is determined by location and scheduling capacity. Delivery fees may apply and will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
2. Delivery Method
All deliveries are one-man delivery only. This allows us to keep costs low and pass the savings on to our customers. Please plan accordingly based on the size and weight of your order.
3. Delivery Locations & Limitations
Standard homes: Delivery is made to the front door, garage, or driveway.
Apartments & condos: Delivery is made to the lobby or designated receiving dock/area.
We do not offer in-home or upstairs delivery under any circumstances.
4. Oversized Orders
If your order contains double doors or other heavy items, you must have someone on site to help unload. Our drivers cannot unload large or heavy items alone.
5. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive or assist (when required), a re-delivery fee may apply. We recommend that you ensure someone is available during your scheduled delivery window.
6. Risk of Loss
Once delivery is made to the designated drop-off location, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. Please inspect your order as soon as possible and report any issues within 24 hours.
