1. One-Man Delivery
For deliveries, we do one-man delivery. It keeps our costs down, so we can give you the best price possible. Please plan for the size and weight of your order.
2. Where We Deliver
Homes: We deliver curbside or into your garage. Our truck needs close access on a paved road, the way it can reach a garage or driveway.
Apartments & condos: We deliver to the lobby or the building’s receiving area.
3. Oversized or Heavy Items
Some items are too big or heavy for one person. If your order includes any of them, please have someone on hand to help unload. Our driver can’t unload them alone. These include, but are not limited to:
- Double doors
- 8-foot doors
- Solid-core doors
- Exterior doors
- Fire-rated doors
- Wide trim, about 7 1/4″ and up (it gets heavy fast)
4. Coverage & Fees
We deliver stocked moulding and door products locally. Availability depends on your location and our schedule. Any delivery fee is quoted when you order.
5. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available when help is needed, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please make sure someone is around during your delivery window.
6. After Delivery
Once your order is dropped off, it’s your responsibility. Please check it over when it arrives.
