Fulfillment, Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Returns are assessed case by case with manager approval, within 15 days. Special-order items usually can’t be returned, and can’t be cancelled once ordered from the vendor. Pickup orders are held 7 days once ready; after that, storage fees or delays may apply.

One-man delivery keeps your price low. We deliver curbside, into your garage, or to an apartment lobby, with close access from a paved road. We can’t go inside, upstairs or around back, so have help on hand for heavy or oversized items.

Most items are on display in our showrooms and ordered for you. Order at the store or send a request from the website, pay with the store, and pick up or get local delivery. Commonly stocked items are in stock for pickup today; prehung doors or other items requiring shop modification may have a longer lead time. Special orders are usually ready in about 6 days.
How ordering worksWarranty
Products carry only the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Seal doors on all six sides, including top and bottom, after installing, or the manufacturer’s warranty may be void.
